Chroma, the leader in online printing in Poland, was seeking an integrated communication and social media advertising strategy for two projects: Chroma Online Printing, aimed at strengthening brand image, building community, and increasing engagement, and Chroma Stock, focused on generating sales through conversion and remarketing campaigns to boost downloads and orders.

Chroma Online Printing – brand image and communication activities

  • Management of Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn profiles,

  • Creation of engaging content (texts, hashtags, visuals),

  • Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads campaigns focused on traffic and post engagement,

  • Organic actions on LinkedIn to strengthen the brand’s presence in the B2B environment,

  • Monthly follow-up meetings, content planning, and weekly reporting.

Chroma Stock – sales and remarketing activities

  • Facebook Ads campaigns with conversion and remarketing objectives – audience segmentation (PRO users, agencies, small businesses, bloggers, influencers),

  • Carousel campaigns showcasing selected content and image collections,

  • Remarketing targeting people who visited the image bank, viewed an offer, or abandoned their cart,

  • Optimization of acquisition cost through daily campaign monitoring.

Results

Chroma Online Printing (monthly average):

  • Over 4,200 link clicks from traffic campaigns,

  • Up to 466 interactions on a single post, with a cost starting at 0.08 PLN per interaction,

  • More than 12,500 unique users reached through campaigns,

  • Increased activity and brand awareness on social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).

Chroma Stock (monthly average):

  • 70–100 content orders from conversion campaigns,

  • Average monthly ROAS: 608%,

  • Improved remarketing efficiency through precise targeting,

  • Campaigns delivering the highest ROI among all advertising activities.

Summary

The integrated actions for Chroma Online Printing and Chroma Stock made it possible to achieve both branding and sales objectives in parallel.

Advertising campaigns and the regular publication of engaging content strengthened brand awareness, increased website traffic, and boosted the number of content orders in the image bank.

The combination of both projects within a unified strategy ensured a consistent message and maximum commercial impact.

At first, we had doubts about the return on investment of social media campaigns and the stability of the team managing the project.
