Discover our work for a premium real estate agency in Dubai, specializing in the sale of luxury apartments and villas. The client entrusted us with the preparation and management of Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns targeting the Polish, German, and English-speaking markets, with the aim of acquiring high-quality investment leads.
Solution
In two months, we launched around 35 Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns, precisely targeting individuals interested in investing in premium real estate in Dubai.
The segmentation included:

demographic data (country, language, wealth status),

remarketing to visitors of the client’s website.
To optimize lead management, we implemented automation via Make.com, integrating Meta Ads and Google Ads with the Bitrix24 CRM.
As a result, leads including inquiries sent directly via Messenger or Instagram were automatically transferred into the CRM, allowing agents to respond in real time.
The ad creatives highlighted:

the unique features of the projects (proximity to the beach, fast availability, high rental yield),

Remarketing on Facebook and Instagram further strengthened the effectiveness of the campaigns by enabling us to retarget users who had already visited the website.
Summary
The campaigns generated high-quality leads from clients genuinely interested in investing in premium real estate in Dubai. Automating the lead management process in Bitrix24 allowed agents to respond quickly and maximize sales potential.
Notably, around 10% of the leads obtained converted into sales — an exceptional result in the luxury real estate segment.
